Visual Image Photography in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a full-time Account Product Coordinator to blend technical production with account management. You’ll push buttons in Kodak DP2 to turn digital images into tangible posters and composites, while managing orders and client needs.

You’ll coordinate with designers, lab techs, and the sales team to ensure quality and timely delivery, maintaining CRM data and internal workflows with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must handle multiple deadlines in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Excel for data and scheduling.
• Experience with CRM or project management tools is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with client-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of digital asset and ordering workflow, using Kodak DP2 and internal systems.
• Serve as primary contact for athletic departments to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with designers, lab staff, and sales to maintain quality and timing.
