Account Planner Role Purpose / Mission

The Planner supports production and customer service activities by coordinating planning processes for assigned accounts. This position serves as a liaison between Webco's contract customers and the Oklahoma Carbon production group, ensuring that customer needs are translated into accurate production plans. Working closely with sales, production, and logistics, the Planner I helps maintain an efficient balance between customer satisfaction and plant optimization. This role is foundational to developing expertise in SAP planning, data analysis, and production coordination while modeling Webco's principles of integrity, trust, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to fulfill customer orders and forecasts.

Typical Physical Demands
