NORTH AMERICA MARKETING MANAGER - Remote
About the Position
You will be an expert in modern marketing methodologies, spanning both online (digital) and offline (physical) channels. Through various consumer touchpoints, you will convey our brand and product messages to our target audience, driving new customer acquisition and enhancing loyalty among existing customers.
This is a hands-on role involving direct communication and management of consumer touchpoints, including product content planning and the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Digital Campaign Management
- Design and execute conversion-driven campaigns to grow website traffic and increase purchase intent.
- Leverage data, creativity, and empathy to build campaigns that reduce friction in the customer journey, increase conversion rates (CVR), and drive customer lifetime value (CLV).
Social Media (U.S.) Management
- Manage social media accounts, focusing on influencer collaborations and customer communication.
- Oversee the creation and outsourcing of UGC content.
- Conduct monthly Instagram reporting, manage IG shop performance, and oversee the social media calendar.
- Collaborate with the design team on content creation and asset briefing.
- Post content, analyze performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
Brand & Influencer Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, etc.).
- Measure and report campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize performance for both paid and unpaid campaigns.
Affiliate Marketing
- Manage the LTK platform, including talent searching, outreach, creator communication, and payment management (in collaboration with the finance team).
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize partnerships.
PR Communications
- Serve as a liaison between HQ and the PR agency, coordinating PR and marketing activities.
- Provide imagery, assets, and marketing/sales calendars for PR outreach.
- Plan and set KPIs for agency performance while managing internal shipment requests with the logistics team.
Paid Media Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the paid media manager to provide insights on local trends for Meta ads.
- Offer copy recommendations and create content for promotions.
Lead 360 Marketing Strategy for NA Region
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the NA market, focusing on new launches and existing product lines.
- Align with global brand guidelines while tailoring strategies to local consumer behavior and trends.
- Manage seasonal (SS/FW) budgeting and annual marketing calendars.
Marketing Calendar Management
- Plan and execute local product and brand marketing communications, including major product launch promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Edit and localize the HQ marketing calendar to align with NA-specific projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing and a digital marketing background for a D2C brand.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local customer needs, voice, and demand, with the ability to act proactively based on data.
- Proven ability to work independently with accountability and attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Figma, Asana, and GA4.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
- Experience with editing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or other video editing software is a plus.
- Korean proficiency strongly favored.
Salary $120,000 - $150,000
Working Environment
- Fully remote.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Bi-annual travel to Seoul, South Korea, required (valid international passport needed).
