  • Manage social media accounts, focusing on influencer collaborations and customer communication.
  • Oversee the creation and outsourcing of UGC content.
  • Conduct monthly Instagram reporting, manage IG shop performance, and oversee the social media calendar.
  • Collaborate with the design team on content creation and asset briefing.
  • Post content, analyze performance, and refine strategies based on insights.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, etc.).
  • Measure and report campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize performance for both paid and unpaid campaigns.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Manage the LTK platform, including talent searching, outreach, creator communication, and payment management (in collaboration with the finance team).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize partnerships.

PR Communications

  • Serve as a liaison between HQ and the PR agency, coordinating PR and marketing activities.
  • Provide imagery, assets, and marketing/sales calendars for PR outreach.
  • Plan and set KPIs for agency performance while managing internal shipment requests with the logistics team.

Paid Media Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the paid media manager to provide insights on local trends for Meta ads.
  • Offer copy recommendations and create content for promotions.

Lead 360 Marketing Strategy for NA Region

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the NA market, focusing on new launches and existing product lines.
  • Align with global brand guidelines while tailoring strategies to local consumer behavior and trends.
  • Manage seasonal (SS/FW) budgeting and annual marketing calendars.

Marketing Calendar Management

  • Plan and execute local product and brand marketing communications, including major product launch promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Edit and localize the HQ marketing calendar to align with NA-specific projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing and a digital marketing background for a D2C brand.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local customer needs, voice, and demand, with the ability to act proactively based on data.
  • Proven ability to work independently with accountability and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Asana, and GA4.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
