Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies seeks an Account Administrator to support Key Account Managers and Sr Program Management. You will help ensure products are produced, shipped and delivered on time, while maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, strong organizational skills and experience in customer service. Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr Program Management and Key Account Managers to ensure orders are produced, shipped and delivered as promised.
• Maintain documentation for incoming repair products and related invoice records.
• Communicate with Key Account Manager and Program Management to keep customer information current for Purchase Orders.
• Monitor customer requests, internal promise dates, and shipments; escalate if there is an on-time delivery impact.
• Assist with data gathering and analysis to complete 12-month forecast projections.
• Enter/update jobs as needed and perform risk management as appropriate.
