Qualifications

• 1-3 years in administrative support, preferably in printing, marketing or promo products.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/inventory or project tracking systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to color accuracy and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers, track order statuses, manage schedules, and update client databases.
• Prepare client-facing documents, estimates, and project briefs.
• Respond to routine client inquiries and provide status updates under supervision.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication between sales, design, and production teams.
• Conduct pre-press and post-print quality checks to ensure client specifications are met.
• Flag discrepancies and coordinate revisions with production.
• Maintain QA logs and inventory audits for promo items and samples.
• Assist in sourcing, assembling, and testing physical prototypes for new print and promo items.
