Job summary

CFSB is seeking an Account Operations Manager in New York to support the Operations Team and customers by handling account openings, online banking enrollment, Positive Pay and Check 21.

You will process daily ACH returns, balance accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs, while building strong relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in banking operations, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of regulations and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and updated regulatory requirements.
• Strong experience in Bank Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Banking Regulations.
• Excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
• Resolve unposted items, process RDC fed file, and positive pay transactions.
• Assist various teams with customers’ requests for online banking enrollment.
• Process all audit requests received from customers through the Audit Confirmation system.
• Send invoices to clients and follow up on unpaid invoices.
• Provide new clients with account information and ensure they receive the necessary help for account setup, API, SFTP and Online banking enrollment.
