Job summary

ADP, Inc. in New York seeks an Associate, Account Operations Manager to support the Operations Team and client accounts. You will handle account openings, online banking enrollment, positive pay, and ACH processing, while ensuring accurate daily balancing.

The role requires at least 3 years’ experience, strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel. You will build relationships with customers and collaborate across internal teams to deliver reliable service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and updated regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities.
• Excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365.
• Strong experience in Bank Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Banking Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
• Resolve unposted items, process RDC fed file, and positive pay transactions.
• Assist various teams with customers’ requests for online banking enrollment.
• Process all audit requests received from customers through the Audit Confirmation system.
• Send invoices to clients and follow up on unpaid invoices.
• Provide new clients with account information and ensure they receive the necessary help for account setup, API, SFTP and Online banking enrollment.
