• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting brokerage accounts or clients in operations, client service, customer service, or related environment.
• Experience handling a high-volume personal caseload and meeting 48-hour turnaround times.
• Ability to communicate clearly via phone and email with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Performs onboarding and maintenance of accounts and reviews required documentation for completeness.
• Processes account openings or maintenance updates and obtains necessary approvals.
• Responds to client inquiries via multiple channels to provide status updates and decisions.
• Performs research on processing errors, resolves exceptions, and completes corrective actions.
• Identifies issues in daily tasks and escalates risk concerns when needed.
• Provides general operational support including inbound calls, mail sorting, and distribution.
