Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance is required.
• 2-3 years of agricultural lending sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to travel and engage with clients on-site to evaluate their operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage Loan Portfolio: Structure credit, review financial statements, and assess applicants' financial status to recommend loan approvals.
• Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering industry expertise and advising them on financial solutions.
• Business Development: Generate leads, expand client base, and maintain connections with existing customers to drive growth.
• Community Engagement: Represent AgCredit at local agriculture events and industry meetings to foster relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure smooth loan processing and office operations.
