Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. seeks an experienced account executive to drive new business development and implement new accounts within a defined territory. You will manage customer relationships, deliver tailored LTL solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

You will identify opportunities, present proposals, and close deals while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office. Overnight travel may be required as part of district coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

2 years B2B sales experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce.

Mid-level negotiation skills and ability to offer competitive pricing.

Ability to collaborate with local operations teams.

Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.

Ability to manage time and territory effectively.

JOB CONDITIONS:

Pay:

Annual Salary: $89,777.00 - $141,847.00

Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
