Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking an Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of rental accounts and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and account health.

The role includes completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining showroom standards, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
