Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and coordinate deliveries and pickups.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and strong communication skills; weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove service.
• Contribute to sales growth and new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
