Who We Are

First, a bit about us. STRV is a digital product company that designs, builds and scales industry-shaping mobile and web products for iconic brands and the hottest startups. With a team of 200+ experts, we use emerging tech to build future-proof solutions that keep businesses ahead of the curve. Here since 2004, we’ve delivered solutions for partners including Major League Soccer, The Pump for Arnold, Barry’s, The Athletic, Citizen, Autodesk, Microsoft, Barnes & Noble and more.

Our expertise lies in award-winning design and cross-functional engineering. Led by strong vision and product strategy. All under one roof. The highlights:

  • Proven track record: We've shipped digital products for the hottest startups, global brands and high-profile individuals.
  • All-around industry experience: We’ve worked with 400+ clients, creating partnerships that have left a lasting footprint in nearly every industry.
  • Award-winning design: Our product design team turns early ideas into beautiful interfaces and flawless experiences recognized by Apple and Webby design awards.
  • Best-in-class engineering: We attract top talent that delivers unparalleled code quality and resolves complex tech challenges when the stakes are high.
  • Emerging tech practitioners: From AI to AR, we proactively integrate emerging tech into our products and constantly expand our in-house capabilities with the best talent to stay ahead of the curve.

Our culture is open and friendly, with everyone on the team self-driven in delivering the highest possible value for clients — because we all care about building partnerships and creating products that make us proud. But you’ve probably scrolled our web and read about all that already.

How You Fit In

You know how to build trust. You’ve got strong instincts for reading the room, asking the right questions and keeping clients one step ahead — whether that’s expanding a scope, refining a roadmap or navigating a shift in business needs.

You understand how digital products get built and you can translate that fluently to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re equally comfortable talking shop with a CEO or syncing details with our engineering and design teams.

Your background could be in tech, product, project leadership or client service — but what matters most is your ability to see the big picture. You understand the challenges businesses facing and are able to dig deep. You’re someone we can trust to represent STRV, support our growth and drive long‑term impact for both our clients and our business.

Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of key client accounts, building long‑term, high‑trust relationships with decision makers and project sponsors.
  • Conduct semi‑annual and annual business reviews, aligning on goals, value delivered, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities across product strategy, design, and engineering—introducing relevant STRV capabilities and partner solutions.
  • Drive renewals and extensions of Statements of Work (SoWs), ensuring continuity and clarity in ongoing engagements.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with delivery, strategy, and design teams to ensure excellence in execution and client experience.
  • Plan and execute client visits, fostering stronger relationships and surfacing new strategic opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, offering informed perspectives that elevate conversations from project execution to product impact.
Qualifications
  • You understand digital product lifecycles—from discovery through design, build, and scale—and can speak the language of product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital product development, cloud infrastructure and data science.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor narratives to technical and non‑technical audiences alike.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage sales pipelines and track activity.
  • Business acumen with an understanding of various industries, business models and pricing strategies.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated approach and a collaborative mindset — you know when to lead and when to loop in others.
  • Willingness to travel for in‑person client meetings (often!).
  • Willingness to work from the office 3 days a week (WeWork at 33 Irving Pl.)
Compensation
  • Fixed base salary
  • Quarterly bonuses based on target achievement
  • Monthly expense budget
  • STRV Profit Sharing Pool
  • Financial contribution toward your devices
  • Company contribution toward cell phone plan cost
  • Medical, vision and dental plans paid by the company (eligible to sign up after 1 month at STRV)
