Trust20 is a digital food safety training and certification start-up. Our products include a Certified Food Protection Manager Exam, Food Manager Certificate Training, Food Handler Certificate Training, and Food Allergy Certificate Training. These are available for individual, group, and enterprise purchases.

We are an energetic team of passionate and experienced professionals seeking a motivated Account Manager to join us.

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will act as a bridge between our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and needs
  • Prepare detailed reports on account and team member status
  • Manually set up accounts for new clients
  • Provide ongoing support to the team and customers
  • Maintain a spreadsheet with contact details, status, billing, notes, etc.
  • Transfer monthly invoice data into the spreadsheet for GFS Accounts Payable
  • Escalate technical issues and needs to Customer Success and product teams
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products
