Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing sales or account management
• Detail-oriented with deadlines and accuracy
• Proactive, owns projects and communicates progress to clients

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Relationships: main contact for business owners and facilities managers
• Oversee custom orders from inquiry to delivery with precise quotes and specs
• Drive repeat business through prompt follow-up on quotes and milestones
• Identify upselling opportunities and tailor graphics solutions to client goals
