Franklin State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Manager in Los Angeles to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will strengthen client relationships and act as a liaison between customers and agent office departments to grow the agency’s business.

You will proactively market relevant insurance products, conduct policy reviews, and provide recommendations while working in-office to deliver outstanding service to clients in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations and meet goals.
