Role Description

As an Account Manager for Christian McClung - State Farm Agent, you are essential to our daily operations and customer success. Your role involves building meaningful customer relationships, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services. We seek attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professionals eager to grow their careers and serve the community.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote retention and growth.
  2. Conduct policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations.
  3. Resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  4. Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
