About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm since 1994 and have worked in the insurance industry since 1989, giving me decades of experience helping customers protect what matters most. I'm a graduate of Bluefield College with a bachelor's degree and a proud grandmother who is excited to welcome another grandbaby soon.

I'm actively involved in our community as a member of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and enjoy spending time at the local golf course. Building relationships and supporting our community are important parts of who we are.

Role Description

As an Account Manager for Cynthia Shifflett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
