Mark Kotary State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth through proactive customer engagement and cross-selling of Auto, Home, and Life Insurance. You will act as a liaison between clients and agency departments, building relationships and turning inquiries into policy sales.

Ideal candidates are sales-minded, sociable, and results-driven with a proven track record of hitting targets. Compensation includes hourly pay with commission and strong benefits in a supportive team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• SELL, SELL, SELL- looking for a dynamic person who will be responsible for bringing in new business- Auto, Home, & Life!! No Service work but rather someone to hunt for NEW business!!
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• NEED NYS P&C Agent License & NYS Life/Accident & Health License would be a PLUS

BENEFITS:

• Starting Pay based on Experience: $20-$25 per hour PLUS monthly commission potentially ranging from 10K-30K per year on top off base pay.
• After 2 years of service (fully vested after 2 years)- Retirement Plan with 3% match
