Shay Brown - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to grow the agency through customer relations and by aligning customer needs with our product offerings. You will act as a liaison between customers and agency departments to optimize service delivery.

You will be a sociable, sales-minded professional who thrives on outbound calls and building lasting relationships with clients and prospects.

Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, starting my career while attending Illinois State University. I’m originally from Rock Falls and bring a strong understanding of the industry along with a passion for building a successful, people-focused agency.
