Aubrey Nielsen - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations and help customers access the right insurance products. You will grow the agency through meaningful relationships and proactive service.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention, conducting policy reviews, resolving complex issues, and using our products to advise and sell to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
