State Farm Agent in Orange Park, FL is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to drive new business and grow our agency. You will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

You will apply knowledge of State Farm products to market insurance solutions, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Our office is located at 589 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park Florida 32073.

Qualifications

• Property/Casualty license required or must be able to obtain; current licensees preferred.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a sales-driven environment.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
