David Padilla State Farm seeks an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful client relations and proactive marketing of auto, home, life and health insurance products in Jacksonville, FL.

You will build relationships, provide prompt service, and manage inquiries about coverages and billing, contributing to the agency's growth through sales and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to a customer.

Responsibilities

• Sales of Auto, Home, Life and Health insurance to new prospects and current customers.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
