Greg Winczewski State Farm is seeking a competitive Producer in Grand Rapids, MI to turn leads into lasting customer relationships, applying knowledge of insurance products and market trends to meet client needs.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, work with the agent to hit production goals, and contribute to a strong team atmosphere while enjoying paid time off and earning salary plus commission.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Greg Winczewski State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our account manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet production goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred but not required.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty as well as Life and Health license. Must be able to obtain

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
