$55,000–$80,000+ earning potential | Base pay + commission + bonuses
Are you competitive, coachable, and interested in building a career where your income and responsibility can grow with your performance?
We’re looking for an Agent Aspirant to join our team.
This is more than a traditional insurance sales position. We want to develop someone into a high-performing producer and future leader who wants to learn how a successful insurance agency operates — with the potential to use that experience as preparation for future agency ownership or leadership opportunities.
Our established producers are expected to work toward:
40+ applications per month
4+ Life Insurance applications per month
Our strongest producers can reach 50–75+ applications per month with strong Life production.
You will have clear goals, regular coaching, and a compensation structure that rewards increased performance.
A producer consistently meeting expectations can earn approximately $55,000–$60,000+ annually.
High performers with strong overall and Life production can earn approximately $75,000–$80,000+.
Insurance experience is not required.
We would rather hire someone with the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and drive and teach them insurance than hire someone experienced who lacks ambition.
Sales, hospitality, recruiting, banking, automotive, wireless, fitness, or other customer-facing experience can translate well into this position.
The goal is to develop you beyond simply becoming a good salesperson.
For the right person, this experience can provide valuable preparation for future agency ownership or other leadership opportunities.
Future agency ownership is not guaranteed and is subject to separate company qualification and selection requirements.
If you want a job where you can simply show up and do the minimum, this probably isn't the right opportunity.
If you want to build sales skills, increase your income, develop as a leader, and learn how to run a business, we’d like to meet you.
