Ryan Randall - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will nurture relationships, review policies, and coordinate with office departments to meet client needs.
In this role you will actively market relevant insurance products to cold and warm leads, push for policy reviews, and help customers navigate complex issues while contributing to team growth and service excellence.
I opened my agency in February 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent three years as a State Farm team member, building experience in both account management and sales. Outside of work, I'm married with five children, four of whom are adopted, ranging in age from 4 to 22.
Giving back is important to our family and our agency. We proudly support MiGear, a local nonprofit that provides essential items and support to children entering foster care.
Our agency offers a health stipend, paid time off, paid holidays, licensing costs paid up front, professional development opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As a newer agency, there's also plenty of opportunity to grow alongside the business and take on additional responsibility.
Our culture is built around education, growth, and having fun while working toward big goals. We're competitive, we want to win, and I'm passionate about helping my team continually develop. I'm looking for someone who is driven, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us.
