Job summary

Lily Hoa - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager in California to build strong customer relationships, conduct policy reviews, and act as a liaison between clients and internal departments. You will promote relevant insurance products and services to meet customer needs.

You will drive retention, resolve complex issues, and engage in proactive marketing to grow the agency’s book of business with a coachable, growth-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish preferred.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the nonprofit sector supporting veterans, an experience that strengthened my passion for serving others and making a difference. I was born in Hawaii and am proud to be the first person in my family to earn a college degree.
