Job summary

The Juris Agency in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Account Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish) to join a State Farm Agent Team Member. You’ll drive growth by building client relationships, identifying needs, and presenting insurance options in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities include lead development, appointment setting, and supporting policyholders with inquiries, billing clarification, and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license (Preferred if you already have license).
• 1 Year of Phone Experience.
• 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Sales experience (outside/ inside sales, retail sales or telemarketing) a plus (optional).

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Support policyholders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.

Requirements
