Job summary

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a Sales Engineer to cover Southeast Michigan, including Detroit and Ann Arbor. You will build strong customer relationships, propose Coromant solutions, and drive business growth through CNC machining and tooling know-how.

Travel about 10% is required as you expand market share in a dynamic region. The ideal candidate combines technical sales experience with hands-on CNC/CAM skills and a knack for consultative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools.
• Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel ~10% overnight.
