What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer goals with product capabilities
- Educate and consult customers on how software solutions impact business performance and growth
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored recommendations to guide prospects through the sales cycle
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets through effective pipeline management
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of proven success as a sales representative
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act independently and manage multiple client issues simultaneously
- Experience driving a sales pipeline effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience in field service or T&L industries is a plus
