Job summary

BEST Crowd Management in Kansas City, KS is hiring an Account Manager to lead high-energy operations behind the scenes, overseeing recruiting, scheduling, training, and event-day execution to deliver smooth day-to-day operations and standout customer experiences.

You will build staffing plans, mentor teams, manage budgets, and ensure payroll accuracy, with weekend/evening on-call and travel up to 25%. A bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in operations, and strong leadership are required.

• Experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and reports for internal and external use.
• Be ready for weekend/evening on-call needs and travel up to 25%.

What You’ll Do

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

Physical & Work Environment

This role keeps you on the move! While primarily office-based, you'll frequently be out at events—indoors, outdoors, and everywhere in between. Expect occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), walking, standing, climbing, and working in various weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations are available.
