Responsible for promoting the Schools & Institutions program and developing an increased awareness and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, as well as strategic market development, customer & client satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. Adhering to designated program budgets and allocated resources. Trade Allies include manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and retailers of commercial energy and water efficiency products, such as HVAC, Building Automation & Controls, Efficient Lighting, and other electric and natural gas saving equipment.

To join our team as a Account Manager! You will be a representative to customer's organization. Establishes and builds relationships in local, regional and national markets. Manages and promptly resolves customer concerns.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of School & Institutions program offerings to promote the adoption of energy efficiency measures available to the Schools & Institutions.
  • Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
  • Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.
  • Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction
  • Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.
  • Research’s the markets; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs
  • Build a base of “registered” Trade Allies specific to the specified programs.
  • Identify improvement barriers and critical information to the Program Manager.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.

Compensation Range

$59,500.00 - $89,200.00
