What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage contract renewals and guide schools through the annual renewal process
- Build long-term relationships with school administrators to expand stakeholder networks
- Develop tailored implementation plans based on instructional goals and technology needs
- Monitor implementations and provide insights to support success and recommend interventions
- Plan and develop instructional support, including teacher training and technology change management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year experience in software sales or account management, plus 2 years of secondary teaching experience
- Strong alignment with the education community and a passion for improving student outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives from data
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work

- Experience working with school administrators or in the educational sector
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and their implementation in classrooms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or account management goals
