HALO is looking for an Account Manager, Sales Support, who will support in the growth existing client accounts. This operationally driven position will require client relationship management, promotional industry knowledge, supplier relationship build, and knowledge of brand guidelines to produce and distribute the best quality promotion product to our clients. Working across sales offices and home workplaces throughout the US our Account Manager, Sales Support team strengthens HALO's growth by providing tactical support to HALO Sales leaders (Account Executives).

Responsibilities

• Achieve each client's marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
• Perform product research, create presentations and present recommendations to the AE and clients
• Manage a portfolio project timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities with varying clients
• Manage client expectations through effective communication of project changes, order timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Produce creative and accurate quotes using innovative product ideas
• Develop strong domestic/international vendor relationships for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needs
• Coordinate the ordering and return of samples for client presentations
• Enter sales orders via the Company’s proprietary system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofs
• Generate reports to track open orders and billing progress
• Other duties based on business needs
