The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail and facility service accounts. This position requires strong communication and decision-making skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction. Job Requirements:

• Leadership experience - a leader, not a follower.
• Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using computers, phones, and other systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Facility maintenance or construction industry experience is preferred.
