We seek Account Managers to join our Client Services Team and drive growth.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct research on prospects.
  2. Use proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads.
  3. Establish rapport with potential clients via email and phone, setting meetings.
  4. Develop and implement prospect strategies collaboratively.
  5. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure quality and quantity of presentations.
  6. Provide solutions to boost revenue and profitability.
  7. Present, promote, and sell services convincingly.
  8. Build and maintain positive business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Motivated, flexible, service-oriented.
  • Familiar with CRM practices and relationship building.
  • Goal-oriented with networking and influencing skills.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Experience in opening new opportunities; a network in the IT industry is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
