Who We Are:

WISE Digital Partners provides digital marketing strategy, technology, and services for small and mid-sized businesses prepared for growth. Our typical client's revenue range is $1M to $25M, though we do have some larger clients under $50M. We operate in 3+ countries with over 100 clients across 30 industries, though our most common client industries are professional services (legal, accounting, etc.) and home services (Plumbing, HVAC, etc.). We specialize in lead generation, but also support eCommerce companies and many others.

WISE launched in 2019, is based in San Diego, and has been fully remote since day one. Our Founder and CEO is an experienced entrepreneur and the company is led by a team of agency veterans, many of whom have worked together before in past agencies. That’s led to fast growth, averaging 56% growth per year for four straight years.

On top of our many service awards, what also sets us apart is our proprietary technology. In 2020 we created a proprietary website platform called NEST (we co-own this trademark with Google). NEST includes a website CMS, review platform, reporting system, ADA compliance, and more to give our clients a competitive edge. It’s faster and more secure than competitive platforms like WordPress and Wix. NEST is also more affordable than our typical agency model because everything is baked into one streamlined solution. What You’ll Do:

Account Managers are responsible for owning our client relationships, managing client requests and smaller client projects, and reporting back outcomes. Your primary role is that of communication, and your success is based on retention and upsells. Account Managers act as the main agency point of contact, meet with internal teams, organize meetings, participate in digital strategy, and educate our clients on the work we do and the results we bring.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Have familiarity with websites and digital marketing, including a good understanding of SEO and PPC. We provide initial and ongoing training, job shadowing, call recordings, and detailed overviews on all your assigned accounts.
  • Grow into engaging in strategic conversations surrounding digital marketing, with training and support from other Account Management team members and other departments.
  • Be comfortable with managing 10-15 monthly accounts.
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years account management experience managing local, regional and national accounts. You’ll have an advantage if you have worked with any of the following industries: SaaS, eCommerce.
  • Have experience with how digital marketing products and services are sold, because upsells will be a big part of your role.
  • Be able to manage your own schedule and work effectively on your own, with support from a skilled management and closing team.
  • Be a team player with superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Know how and when to ask for help and support from your manager and the overall company. After all, you are the conductor of this orchestra for clients.
