GREEN WORLD COMPOUNDING SL is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive sales initiatives for recycled polyethylene plastic in Europe. This role involves identifying and nurturing relationships with manufacturers and users of recycled plastic products across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of B2B sales experience in the plastics industry, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English. The position may require regional travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in plastics, polymers, recycling, or industrial materials.
• Strong understanding of the recycled plastics industry and material specifications.
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.

Green World Compounding, a Vinmar company, is dedicated to sustainable and eco‑friendly manufacturing solutions. We specialize in producing high‑quality low‑density pellets and fiberglass compounds for various industries.

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Account Manager to grow our sales initiatives for our recycled polyethylene plastic business in Europe. The successful candidate will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with manufacturers and users of recycled plastic products—such as packaging, automotive, construction, and consumer goods companies—helping them integrate sustainable materials into their production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers using or transitioning to recycled plastic materials
• Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across Spain and rest of Europe
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, product applications, and sustainability trends
• Present and promote the company's range of recycled resins, compounds, and flakes to potential buyers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable growth targets
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM data
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in plastics, polymers, recycling, or industrial materials
• Strong understanding of the recycled plastics industry and material specifications
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing long‑term client relationships
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
• Willingness to travel regionally across Europe
