Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Fort Lauderdale team. You will build relationships with business leaders, recruit top accounting, finance, and HR professionals, and drive client accounts in a hybrid South Florida environment.

You will enjoy uncapped earnings potential, a base salary plus commissions, ESOP, and career growth through a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, business development, customer success, or relationship management.
• OR 1-4 years of public accounting experience with an interest in business development and networking.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with professionals at all levels.
• Self-starter who enjoys autonomy while also contributing to a team environment.
