Psych Hub, LLC is seeking a high-impact Sales/Partnerships professional to expand our footprint with national payers and regional plans. You will leverage existing relationships, map accounts, and drive multi-year contracts while coordinating with clinical, product, and customer success teams to deliver measurable value.
You will own complex deal cycles, craft compelling solutions for payers, and lead regional market growth with founders and senior leadership support.
Psych Hub is a behavioral health education company. We build the training, certification, and patient engagement content that helps clinicians deliver care that actually works, and helps members understand and stay engaged in their own treatment.
Our training library teaches providers to deliver evidence-based interventions with fidelity. Our Clinical Care Pathway (CCP) certifications verify that a clinician is genuinely equipped to treat a specific condition using a specific evidence-based approach. Our patient engagement videos meet members in plain language at the moments that matter most.
For a health plan, the result is a behavioral health network that is measurably more capable: better symptom reduction for members, less trial and error, and lower total cost of care.
Psych Hub was co-founded by Marjorie Morrison, a licensed clinician who spent years in practice before deciding the training gap was the problem worth solving, and Patrick J. Kennedy, former U.S. Congressman and lead author of the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act. Today we hold master services agreements with most of the national health plans and behavioral health organizations in the country, and those agreements are live and generating revenue.
This is a relationship job, not a cold-calling job.
We are already inside the largest payers in the country. What we have not yet done is systematically map those organizations to find the next program, the next line of business, the next team with a problem our content solves. That is the first half of this role.
The second half is opening the regional market. Local Blues plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, and provider-sponsored health plans have the same behavioral health network quality problem the nationals do, often more acutely, and almost no one is calling on them with a serious answer. We intend to be first.
You will not be handed a list and told to dial. You will be handed live accounts, a founding team with deep relationships across the payer and behavioral health world, a board and investor base who open doors, and a clinical co-founder who will sit in the room with you when the conversation gets technical. Your job is to turn that access into growth.
Some of that growth comes one program at a time. Some of it comes from a single conversation that restructures how an entire health plan works with us. You will run both.
In your first 90 days. You understand our products well enough to explain the clinical logic behind them, not just the features. You have met the key contacts at our largest accounts. You have a first-draft account map for at least three national payers and a prioritized target list of regional plans.
At six months. You have qualified expansion opportunities open at multiple national accounts and active conversations underway with a first cohort of regional plans. Your pipeline is real and your forecast is trusted.
At twelve months. You have carried and delivered against a revenue number built from expansion inside existing accounts and new regional plan contracts. You have opened new business units or lines of business at accounts we already serve. You have signed our first regional plans and built a repeatable motion for the next ten. And you have at least one enterprise-wide agreement in serious negotiation.
You do not need a clinical license, a graduate degree, or a track record of closing eight-figure deals. If you have spent a few years in and around payers, you are good with people, and you want to spend your career on something that matters, we want to talk to you.
Most account management jobs hand you a book of business and ask you to keep it warm. This one gives you real accounts, real access, and real room to build. You will work directly with a clinical co-founder and an SVP who wants you in the room rather than on the sidelines.
You will also get something people at this stage of their career almost never get: ownership of the conversations that can multiply an account several times over, with the founders who built the company sitting beside you rather than taking the meeting away from you. And the regional plan market is genuinely open. Whoever gets there first will define it.
