Job Description

Danfoss, a global leader in Climate and Power Solutions, is seeking an OEM-focused Account Manager within our Climate Solution Group. The role's primary goal is to generate sales in the OEM market segment by engaging directly with small/mid-sized customers, developing a pipeline of new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and maximizing sales within assigned accounts. The position involves travel across the region and is based remotely.

We are looking for a candidate residing in the southern states (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Texas).

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to expand penetration at existing OEM accounts and prospect for new ones.
  • Develop an action plan to grow profitable sales across all Climate Solutions portfolios.
  • Enhance the Danfoss-Customer relationship.
  • Provide technical and sales support to accounts within the region.
  • Increase Danfoss brand and product awareness locally.
  • Understand customer applications deeply and apply Danfoss products effectively.
Background & Skills

Basic Minimum Skills Required:

  • 5+ years in a technical sales role within the industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Vocational/Technical background in HVACR or equivalent.
  • Proven performance with a stable job history.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with management, technical, and non-technical audiences.
  • Confident presenter with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.
  • Organized, self-motivated, problem-solver, capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the region.
