BraunAbility, based in Annapolis, MD, seeks a Commercial Area Sales Manager for the Northeast region. You will drive all commercial product sales across 11 states, manage dealers, and support end customers.

Overnight travel is required; living in the territory is recommended but not required. You will partner with Sales, Service and Administration to forecast bids, track market trends, handle warranty issues, and coordinate quoting, build times, shipping and invoicing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 years of combined education and work experience considered.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered (up to 6 years).

Mansioni

• Oversee all commercial product sales across 11 states in the Northeast region.
• Manage commercial dealer network and support end customers.
• Forecast monthly WAV, lift/ramp and aftermarket product sales.
• Gather bids, opportunities and market trends; forecast in Salesforce.

Commercial Area Sales Manager- Northeast Region

The Northeast Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for all commercial product sales in the following 11 states; Responsibilities would also include managing commercial dealers and supporting the end customers. Time in the field and overnight travel is required for this position so living in the territory is recommended but not required.

• Assist the dealers in their support of end user issues.
• Must work with Commercial Dealer network Sales, Service and Administration to gather:
• Sales including monthly projections of WAV, lift/ramp and aftermarket products.
• Forecasting upcoming Bus & WAV bids within Salesforce as well as new business opportunities.
• Gathering info on coming sales trends (ZEB, equipment changes in fleets, etc.)
• Front line, firsthand identification of possible product issues in the field, and parts questions and BAC
• Warranty issues and covering policies with dealer personnel
• Must be organized and have time management skills with the ability to work out of a home office.
• Team player that can work well with internal and external commercial team members.
• Proficient knowledge of ERP Systems, Salesforce, Smart client, external facing customer portal to utilize in everyday activities.
• Understand Sales workflow, sale processes from start to finish to assist dealers, i.e., Quoting, Build times, status reporting, shipping, invoicing.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• A combination of education and work experience equal to 4 years will also be considered
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience equal to 6 years will also be considered
