Sunset Transportation is seeking an Account Manager – MX Customs Brokerage in Laredo to lead cross-border freight operations between the US and Mexico. You will manage customs accounts and drive seamless movement of goods, leveraging three years of experience with Southbound Mexico customs broker customers.

About the Role

As an Account Manager – MX Customs Brokerage, you will be at the forefront of our rapidly expanding cross-border freight operations between the US and Mexico. You’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of customs brokerage, contributing significantly to both local communities and international trade. By mastering "The Sunset Way" of cross-border logistics, you will handle key responsibilities such as managing customs accounts and driving the seamless movement of goods across the border. This role requires three years’ experience working with Southbound Mexico customs broker customers which will be critical to our continued growth and success in the Laredo office.

• Coordinate communication between shippers and importers in Mexico
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Request, audit and capture all the data required for the customs process and reporting
• Collaborate with your customs team to clear shipments timely
• Keep our systems up to date with accurate information
