We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to grow and manage sales across North Carolina, with a home base in the Greater Charlotte area. This role is customer-facing and commercially strategic—supporting existing accounts, uncovering new business, and delivering the full value of M. Holland’s resin offerings.
You’ll oversee all elements of the client relationship, including material needs, pricing, logistics, inventory strategy, and forecasting. You'll work independently from a home office while staying closely connected to the internal MHC team and the Southeast customer base.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for both account growth and territory expansion. Your focus will include maintaining high-value relationships, supporting pricing and quote activity, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospects. Partnering with internal teams—from Client Experience to Supply Chain—you’ll help align service levels with customer expectations and company strategy.

You’re a motivated, organized professional with experience in sales, preferably within plastics, resin, or materials distribution. You understand how to manage accounts and can spot growth opportunities others miss. You’re also comfortable navigating logistics and internal coordination to make sure customers are supported end to end.
This is a remote position based in the Memphis, TN area. You’ll travel throughout the region to meet with customers and attend industry events, while maintaining close contact with the broader M. Holland commercial and support teams.
