Remote | Full-Time | Business Development Team

As part of the Business Development team, the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) plays a critical role in representing M. Holland and Ravago for strategic automotive customers across multiple locations. This role is focused on revenue growth, relationship development, and strategic coordination across domestic and international teams.

  • Manage a large portfolio of multi-site, high-value accounts
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to drive profitable growth
  • Use data and insights to drive new business development
  • Partner with Product Management and Suppliers to align pricing and strategy
  • Support the execution of sales forecasts and account planning
  • Handle customer contracts and global agreements
  • Identify and close new pipeline opportunities
  • Maintain regular in-person presence at key account locations

Industry Presence

  • Attend trade shows and build a network in key industry associations
  • Act as a subject matter expert in applications, pricing, and market trends

Travel: Domestic with occasional international travel required

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management
  • Experience with Tier-level automotive suppliers & OEMs
  • Background leading cross-functional teams (including technical support)
  • Strong track record of growing strategic accounts in a matrixed organization
  • International business development experience is a plus
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Leadership presence and strategic mindset
  • Deep product knowledge and application insight
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
