Job summary

MC² is a leading exhibit and live event marketing company based in Lewisville, TX. We are seeking an Account Manager to act as a liaison across departments to advance client workflow and meet milestones.

You will lead client relationships, understand business goals, and manage schedules, costs, and documentation. The role requires travel and flexibility to support trade shows and events for top brands.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-year trade show, exhibit, events, or related experience with a general understanding of fabrication.
• Ability to read set-up prints.
• Ability to source materials.
• Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts with Director(s) and Sales to build, maintain and manage client relationships.
• Research and understand client business and goals; troubleshoot questions and concerns.
• Lead client meetings, fulfill requests, adjust requirements, and record changes.
• Develop, execute, and maintain project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare the scope of work to facilitate sales contracts.
• Estimate and submit project show services.
• Prepare and distribute show site labor packets.
• Maintain project folders with all client and project documentation.
• Reconcile project costs including labor and show services; prepare invoices for approval.
• Coordinate post-show reviews with internal team.
• Perform other duties in support of client services.
