Biosynth is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth in the chemicals sector. This remote position requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The role includes travel for client visits and conferences.

As an Account Manager for Biosynth, your responsibilities include managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise.
You will also stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' strategies. Collaboration with other departments such as marketing, R&D, production, and QC may be required to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
This is a remote position covering the US market, with travel expected for conferences, customer visits, and visits to offices in Gardner/Louisville. Occasional travel to Europe may also be required.
