The Account Manager will be responsible for executing the strategic and operational plan as directed by Commercial leadership. This includes representing our products to new and existing customers and achieving sales expectations/quota within an assigned territory.
Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Medical Device Sales within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart.
Deep knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customers. Strong work ethic, business acumen, and ability to target and prioritize key accounts. Excellent credibility with clinical staff and administrators. Emotional intelligence for effective resource management. Prior sales experience calling on interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, vascular surgeons, radiologists, and administrators. Strategic thinking, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
Must meet legal standards such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 10 pounds, fine manipulation, keyboarding, and exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and blood. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
Up to 50% travel within the territory, including NYC to Morristown, NJ.
Haemonetics offers competitive pay, including base salary, incentives, bonuses, and long-term incentives, along with comprehensive benefits such as 401(k), stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and health benefits. The salary range for this role is $66,060.29 - $109,051.90 annually.
