You will identify customer needs and recommend Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health insurance solutions, delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with sales, licenses, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty; Life & Health licenses preferred.
• Prior insurance sales or account management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to support agency growth and retention.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews, prepare quotes, and clearly explain coverage options.
• Manage leads, schedule appointments, and confidently guide prospects through the sales process.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer service.
• Maintain organized customer records and collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
