Bill Schultz - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations, grow the agency through customer relations, and bridge customer needs with internal teams. Licensing and continuing education will be paid, and prior experience is encouraged but not required.

The role focuses on nurturing relationships, promoting relevant insurance products, and working as a liaison to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred but not required.
• Experience in Life Insurance sales is a plus.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
